hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2024-08-21Dina arbetsuppgifterTata Technologies Nordics AB is looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to manage the development of Steering Column and Dash Sill components. The role involves leading the design, development, and supplier management for these parts, ensuring technical and commercial project deliverables. The successful candidate will also support or lead quality assurance for current products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of steering components in a cross-functional team.
Manage project timelines, costs, and quality targets.
Coordinate with suppliers and various engineering departments.
Ensure regulatory compliance and successful product validation.
Facilitate Failure Mode Avoidance activities (DFMEA, quality reviews).
Support vehicle launch and pre-production builds.
Din Profil
Qualifications:
B.Sc. or B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Automotive Engineering (M.Sc. is a plus).
6-10 years of experience in chassis development, steering systems, and related aggregates.
Proven program management skills, having delivered projects from concept to SOP.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus), and valid work permit for Sweden.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD tools (Catia, Teamcenter).
Experience with FMEA, Six Sigma, and Agile environments.
Swedish Driver's license is preferred.
Personal Profile:
Open-minded, structured, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
