We, at Sigma Technology Embedded Solutions, are looking for a Lead Engineer for one of our customers.
As a Lead Engineer you are part of a multi-site and international team, and you are responsible for driving projects within the areas of Software, Electronics and Mechanics/Mechatronics. You have have many contacts within the company as well as with external suppliers. Your work place will be mainly at Sigma's office, and you may have internal trip couple of times in a year to visit the site in Sweden.
Baskunskaper
You have relevant technical education and background like Electronics, Mechanics, Software, Mechatronics, etc.
You have relevant experience as a lead role.
You have experience in Agile methodologies and way of working.
You have good understanding of and experience in product development.
You are fluent i English.
Swedish knowledge is meritorious.
Personliga färdigheter, egenskaper, erfarenhet
As a person you are structured, social and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You are capable of using your initiative, leading the work and handling couple of parallel projects remotely.
