Purpose of the Role
The need for offshore submarine cable systems is growing steadily, especially on the European market where offshore wind power and a mutual energy market are prioritized areas.

As a supplier of complete cable systems, we are in an expanding phase where you will be an important part of our Engineering team. Here, you will design customized system solutions and manage the technical part of the project in terms of risk, budget and schedule. During the process, you are expected to negotiate with our customers ' and to further improve our technology offer. With us, you will design the most advanced cable systems on the market and work in an environment that encourages specialization as well as broad competence.

Your Profile
You probably hold a Master in Engineering with specialization in Electrical Power or equivalent work experience. Skills in Excel, Comsol and Matlab programming is beneficial. Knowledge in Project Management is seen as an additional merit. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, whereas additional language skills are advantageous.

It is equally important that you enjoy working in a diverse environment and appreciate that problems are solved by team work. In our team, we support each other with a strong focus on the client and the end result. Apart from your excellent collaboration skills you need to have strong analysis skills with an eye for the details to succeed in this role. For the right candidate, there will be extensive possibilities for training and long-term competence development.
