Randstad is seeking a Lead Engineer within Electronics to join our client's team in Huskvarna. Our client is at the forefront of electrification, a key strategic priority driving their future success. This role is pivotal in delivering top-notch battery solutions in terms of time, cost, and quality for a multi-site organization dedicated to battery products.
As a Lead Engineer at our client's site, you will be responsible for overseeing technical deliveries in various battery and charger projects. You will drive projects encompassing Software, Electronics, and Mechanics/Mechatronics. Your role will involve extensive interaction with internal teams across the organization and external suppliers. You will join a dynamic, multi-site team of skilled engineers from diverse backgrounds.

Lead and manage technical project deliveries within the areas of Software, Electronics, and Mechanics/Mechatronics.
Coordinate and communicate with various departments within the organization as well as external suppliers.
Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Degree in engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.
Proven experience in technical project management, including planning and prioritization.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Strong communication skills, a driven and responsible attitude, and a collaborative team spirit.
Genuine interest in battery technologies and related fields.
Experience in software or electronics development is highly desirable.
Experience with our client's organization is a plus.
