We are now creating a new unit, Digital X, to work across our company to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In Digital X we will work with the digital strategy and overall portfolio, together with colleagues in all parts of our company. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance and operation; and we will support the sales of those solutions.

The Lead Digital Technologist role responsibility includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
Develops list of required technical capabilities to support DigitalX's solutions
Supports hiring of internal / external experts to build the required technical capability base within the Digital Factory
Develops digital technology radar to enable monitoring and to begin feeding of innovation funnel
Staffs Digital Factory's technical experts to DigitalX's development projects based on best capability fits
Continuously monitors the market for disruptive digital technologies and their impact on AFRY's sectors
Defines when different technologies are most relevant and how to apply them to relevant solutions
Recommends on addition of new technical capabilities to Digital Factory's arsenal, either through internal personnel transfer or external hiring
Steers continuous improvement of technical capabilities within Digital Factory

Competence Profile:
Broad knowledge of a variety of different cutting-edge digital technologies
Digitally native way-of-working and familiarity with agile methods
Customer focus and results orientation
Hands-on experience with deployment of various digital technologies in real customer solutions
Ability to work in uncertain environment and hands-on attitude to problem solving
