About the role
Our mission is to deliver world class solutions in order to help our customers reach their goals. Among our customers you find Apoteket Hjärtat, Preem, TLV and Vetenskapsrådet. As a Lead Developer, you play a key role in our business by being responsible for leading and developing the technical design for our customers. You act as a technical advisor and transform our customers needs into technical requirements. Furthermore, you lead our Developers and ensure that we constantly deliver quality. In addition to the Developers, you work closely with our Project Managers, Business Developers and Business Area Managers.
Do we have a match?
We believe that you have a relevant academic education and some years of experience from a similar position. If you have experience from working as a Lead Developer, it is meritorious, but not a requirement. Although experience is important, your personality and attitude are at least as important to us! To succeed in the role you are a solution-oriented and driven problem solver with a genuine interest in customers and technology. You are used to acting on your own initiative and making things happen. At the same time you are also a team player who work effectively with others, share knowledge and support others in the pursuit of common goals.
