https://www.haleytek.com/about-us)We are currently seeking a Lead Developer for our R&D department, aiming to lead the development of our CI/CD environment, coach, and foster a DevSecOps culture within our development teams.
Our CI/DevSecOps team oversees the entire CI, developing and managing the full stack of our CI infrastructure, build systems, automation, data analysis, and visualization. We ensure the security of our product, infrastructure, and organization in line with relevant standards and regulations.
The Role
As a Lead Developer at HaleyTek, you will be a software developer in a development team. Additionally, you'll be an integral part of our Lead Developer Community, contributing to enhancements and innovations in developer tools, methods, and architecture.
This role offers the opportunity to work not only as a developer but also on a broader spectrum of related issues concerning product quality and work methodologies.
As a Lead Developer in the CI/DevSecOps team, you will serve as the bridge connecting the CI domain with the product domain.
You and Your Skills
You are recognized as an exceptional developer, a go-to resource, and have a personal affinity for technology. You possess a holistic view and a comprehensive understanding of the entire system and you are familiar with DevSecOps principles. Remaining updated on software development trends and industry standards is second nature to you. You've navigated complex integration processes within a multi-team environment, holding both broad and deep comprehension of various software development phases: software architecture, design, coding, testing, and review.
