You have excellent people- and communications skills, with an agile mindset and a curiosity for new challenges. For this position you need to have experience with complex environments and heavy business logic, where you see the big picture and know what kind of details that are important for the end result. Technically you are very mature and not afraid to take lead on both structural and more low levels, close to the teams. Also you have an extensive understanding of application life cycles and the road from requirement to finished product ' especially in an agile environment. You need to have an open, solution oriented mindset and like to discuss issues in a creative and positive way. You like to share your knowledge as well as learning from others.
