That includes tracking, de-risking, challenging, and guiding all Project budgets from the first offer until the Firm order intake.

Construction is responsible for installing, commissioning, and finally handover wind farms to our customers. Working closely with the customer and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost-efficiently, and with a high-quality standard. The Cost Management within Construction NCE is responsible for developing and maintaining construction costing standards for on- and offshore projects and delivering high-quality project budgets to support sales activities and project execution.
Responsibilities
Act as a sparring partner to the commercial sales team and the Bid Managers for construction cost-related topics to ensure high customer value creation
Sparring partner for each Bid Manager, Senior Manager, Finance, and Sales for Construction Costs in the Sale Phase, and Define, maintain, and develop periodically budget workshops with Bid Management, Sales, VPS, Sourcing, Controlling, TSS, R&D, and Construction
Committing to back in black - Fully responsible for the Pre- PostCalc deviations in the Region
Communicate cost development on the portfolio level for management and stakeholders within the construction
Ensure the latest sales assumptions & construction concepts are represented in the cost baseline estimates
Develop and enhance cost estimation models, weather assessments, and processes linked to cost creation
Database management & developing reporting solutions such as PowerBI reports & cross-project benchmarking, benchmark with best-in-class on Gate Processes
Managing portfolio budgeting for Construction On- and Offshore
Qualifications
Ability to maintain and develop processes and projects within an innovative team
University degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable degree
Relevant knowledge in Project management /-controlling
Structured and varied working methods paired with a pronounced cost awareness
Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Competencies
Enjoyment of cross-departmental work as well as quick comprehension and technical thinking
Good technical mindset

Traveling days: 25% of working time
