This in order to help build-up our new and improved Product and Professional Services organizations.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Project/Program manager to join the Strategic Programs team, where you will help define, plan and lead cross-functional strategic projects as well as be the lead Change Manager to drive through cross-organizational change programs.
In this role, you will help define, plan, and lead cross-functional strategic projects, helping Nasdaq Global Technology in its continuous journey to ever improve and build up the products and services used by our markets and our external customers.
As part of the role, you will also be the designated Change Manager who will help us drive change through the organization, building on top of our current initiatives as well as be responsible for creating and driving new improvements around our teams technology use, skill set, way of working, collaboration and more.
To be successful in this role, you need to have extensive experience in driving change programs as well as experience in implementing new work methodologies in tech-oriented organizations. A flexible mindset and an ability to adapt to a fast pace dynamic environment are also required. You will need to be structured and with good presentation skills, both verbally and in writing. You need to be a strong and influential leader who is good at working in a fast-paced multi-cultural, global and demanding work environment.
You will bring:
A degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience
Change Management Experience, preferably within the Technology Industry of at least 3 years
Overall IT Work Experience of at least 10 years
Experience in leading Agile development projects/organizations
It would be great if you have:
Formal Project Management certification, ITIL certification, Lean IT / Lean Six Sigma certification or similar
Familiarity with Financial Market Systems is a merit
