As a Lead Buyer you will be part of an international team with strong focus on securing commercial excellence and competitiveness in all steps of the value chain, from early development phase until product end of life.
You will develop and implement strategies that will enable global spend leverage and competitive pricing, quality, delivery and risk management. Understand supplier market evolution and competitive trends and value to ensure the company has best competitive solutions and network or partners.
You will also advice internal business groups on value-added approaches to supplier management solutions to yield best value for STE. Manage & develop supplier performance to match STE needs and influence the market to develop towards STE interests.
Competence
Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
You need to have between 3-5 years of working experience from this area
Well organized and structured
Good communication skills
Good English skills, both verbal and in writing
Ability for teamwork and cooperation
