We are now looking for a Lead Business Expert within the Sourcing & Production Domain in Business Tech, H&M Group.
Job Description
As a Business Expert you will be in the center of the action where product meets business. You will be working closely with Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders, to make sure that the business processes & tech is working hand in hand. As Lead Business Expert you always try to act as a role model for the Business Tech culture and leadership.
In this role you have a dual focus - staff responsibility and delivery. You will have staff responsibility over employees within the same/adjacent competence as your own. Your staff responsibility goes across Product Areas and Product Teams and you'll be acting as the employer's extended arm - to follow and implement H&M Group's vision, goals, strategies, values, policies and processes, as well as acting as an ambassador, representing the management internally and externally. You will also be responsible for supporting your employee's development, performance management and salary reviews. You will work agile in a small cross-competence team with a common goal to assure that the product development is in line with business needs and will help solving business problems for customers and business end users. As a Lead Business Expert you will also:
Contribute by sharing your business expertise within your product team and with stakeholders in other Business Tech products as well as other H&M functions
Be responsible for growing your employees in their business expertise by empowering the BE community to actively share knowledge and best practices with each other
Be responsible for workforce planning, e.g. rotation planning, recruitment of new employees and take an active part in recruitment processes
Remain compliant with laws and policies and act when necessary regarding e.g. under performance, work environment, rehab cases etc

have proven leadership experience and capabilities, either in a formal or outspoken informal role
have some years of work experience as a project manager, product manager or similar role, or experience from a retail supply chain organisation
have experience from working according to agile principles
have a "You build it you run it" mindset with hands-on experience
are fluent in English both written and verbal
