What you'll do:
As Lead Auditor Product & Quality you have responsibility for internal audits of processes, organisations and the management system within Volvo Cars (globally and cross-functionally). Our ISO 9001 and 14001 certificates are prerequisites for our business. Your role includes to perform value adding internal audits, that engage leaders in the organization and drive improvement activities.
You will report to the Director Audits & Assessments, and be part of Customer Satisfaction & Management System. Our group consists of lead auditors and assessors, with responsibility for not only ISO 9001 and 14001, but also ISO 17025 and ISO 26262.
This means:
* Plan, lead, report and follow up internal audits according to agreed plan.
* Participate in Volvo Cars Audit Council
* Contribute to training activities for auditors and leaders in the organization
* Support other internal auditors through Volvo Cars audit coordinator network
What you need to have:
We see that you have a higher academic education, within Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant area, preferably with Quality as a part.
You have profound knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 and auditing within these standards. If you also have experience of IATF 16949, that is a merit.
You have experience from Quality and Management Systems and Process Management knowledge
Since we are a global company, you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
If you have experience from a leadership position, it is a merit

You have strong business acumen. You are collaborative and have cooperation skills. You are comfortable to interact with leader of any level and have excellent communication skills.
You are also result oriented and driven and have a flexible and proactive personality
