hela Sverige Could you picture yourself in an international environment being responsible for our way of performing audits of our Base Material suppliers?
As the Lead Auditor of Base Material, you will be facilitating our audit framework and auditor network as well as performing audits of our suppliers. Audits are key to understand the maturity of our suppliers and to identify potential gaps to ensure high customer quality satisfaction. We perform different type of audits; Quality, Food Safety, Initial Qualification and quality investigations when issues occur.
Main responsibilities
• Drive improvements of Base Material audit framework
• Lead audit network within Base Material organization
• Plan and follow-up the Base Material supplier audit plan
• Plan and execute audits of suppliers together with colleagues from Base Material and other Tetra Pak functions
• Work with understanding the need for audits and how that evolves on short and long term
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and will require approximately 40 % travel.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position and to add value to the organisation, you need to be self-motivated with a high personal drive. Furthermore, you are well organised with good analytical skills. You also possess very good interpersonal skills, have a natural authority and are a strong communicator in different hierarchical levels and you are excellent in both spoken and written English.
You hold an Engineering Degree (BSc or MSc), and have a technical understanding of raw materials and/or Supply Chain. You have a solid knowledge of audits, have experience of performing audits of suppliers and have a good understanding of standards such as;
• Food Safety (BRC, ISO 22000)
• ISO 9001/14001
• Work environment standards
We also value experiences in World Class Manufacturing, Six sigma, Lean or similar production improvement methodologies.
An excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.
