Your mission as Lead Architect is to join our efforts in strengthening the ties between Gunnebo IT and the business as well as continuously developing you and your global team competence to be on the edge of your expertise.
Your everyday life
As Lead Architect at Gunnebo you will have line responsibility for approximately eight persons in a global organization. You grow your people and team through coaching and feedback and to be successful we believe you provide expertise in the area of IT-applications with focus on the ERP-domain. You communicate understanding and knowledge of the overall application landscape with stakeholders at various levels in the organization. I addition to your team your closest colleague, whom you also report to, is the CIO. Together you orchestrate and facilitate business systems change in cooperation with colleagues and representatives from various software and service providers. It requires a good portion of end-to-end process understanding and an ability to take ownership for the issues of which you are responsible. In your work you will also be responsible for:
govern maintenance and support of solutions to be stable, secure and scalable
govern development projects by partners
Application Management (solution template governance, release management etc)
resource planning for the future
Your workplace will be in Gårda in Göteborg, your business customers are located all over the world. Therefore, the ability to travel will be a must.
Your profile
You love developing and growing people and you must be confident in bringing your business on a change trip. You are a person with documented experience of various IT applications within the ERP domain and especially on Microsoft Dynamics AX. You have a good understanding of business processes and thrive in the border between business and IT. You also have a background of delivering larger business change projects. You have a wide experience of Application Management. In addition we also think you have:
a leader profile with the skills required to be a role model for your team in balancing business requirements and architectural decisions
capability to present architectural decisions and explain business consequences
a Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science or relevant area
a good sense for the bigger picture rather than getting into details
experience of global deliveries
basic ITIL knowledge
excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
5+ years of Architecture experience
a flexible way and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
