What is the job about?
Your job is to lead a team of multiskilled architects in realizing a long-term, progressive cybersecurity architecture in partnership with key stakeholders and staff. With a holistic view, you take responsibility for the entire architecture lifecycle - from creation to retirement - enabling us to develop and maintain a strong, effective cybersecurity architecture that meet the needs our capabilities and products require today and tomorrow.
We're located at our new and modern office at Gasverket in Stockholm and offer you to work part of your time remotely.
About you
You're visionary and analytical and with your excellent communication and networking skills, you deliver convincing presentations and build relationships. You thrive working in an agile and changing environment understanding both details and the big picture, navigating with confidence and clear priorities. You understand the value and significance of great cybersecurity architectures and how they unlock opportunities in the business. You're an effective and solution-driven architect, meaning you're demonstrating expertise clearly and expressing your ideas - developing solutions that make a practical difference for Sandvik as a whole.
We believe that you require the following knowledge, skill set and experience:
Extensive experience and knowledge as a hands-on architect within the cybersecurity field.
Experience from digital product development and management.
A broad and deep understanding of relevant cybersecurity technologies and their applied value in IT solutions.
Expert in collaborating with other architects and key stakeholders in order to drive the cybersecurity architecture forward.
Experience of senior leadership roles in large multi-national organizations.
Relevant IT-degree or certifications.
Fluency in English, knowledge in Swedish is highly beneficial.
