Responsibilities
As Lead accountant for Purchase to Pay at Mölnlycke Health Care, you will work at the company's headquarters located in Gamlestan in Gothenburg. In this role you will be part of a driven and ambitious team in an international organization. Some of your main responsibilities as Lead Accountant will be:
• Work with large workflows and manage accounts payable
• Analyze and work with reconciliations linked to accounts payable
• Manage outgoing payments
• Proactively work with process improvements and proposals
• Delegate task and lead the team forward
• Responsible for the team and secure deliveries in the daily work (no personnel responsibility)
• Build relationships both internally and externally
Depending on your previous experiences, the role may develop over time. This is a consulting assignment, where you will be hired by Randstad Finance. Start date for the assignment is as soon as possible. Apply today as the position may be filled before the application period expires.

Qualifications
• Bachelor and master in economics or similar
• Experience from a leadership role within AP/Purchase to Pay or equivalent
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of the Office Package
• Very good knowledge in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
It is an advantage if you have knowledge of SAP and Readsoft. Furthermore it 's great if you have experience from working within an international environment in a larger finance department and are used to large workflows. If you speak several languages, it 's something that is highly valued.
In order to succeed in this role, it's important to have clear and humble leadership. You have a clear way of communicating goals, priorities and meet deadlines. Being able to lead yourself and others is a fundamental skill in the role. Other qualities that are highly valued is to be a driven person, have analytical skills, to take responsibility over your work and not being afraid to challenge existing structures.
