ArbetsuppgifterOur current LCV Manager is moving on to new and exciting assignments within FCA's international organization and we are therefor looking to replace him. As our LCV Manager, you will be responsible for one of our key areas - our LCV sales. You will work to ensure our position and profitability on the Swedish LCV market. To achieve this, you will set goals and create activities to promote a growing market share. Your position is extensive and involves the entire chain, from performance and budget responsibility to product management, marketing and sales. A team consisting of two regional managers, a key account manager and a product manager will assist you and you are responsible for managing their work. Your department's main area is to support our dealers and develop their commercial vehicle business but in addition to this you will also be working directly with our end customers.
In this position, you will report to our Nordic LVC Director and you will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm. Travelling will occur as you will visit both dealers and customers.
ProfilTo match the position, we believe that you have experience from the automotive industry and that you have worked with the LCV business on a central level. It is an advantage if you have management experience and have worked in an international environment. You speak both Swedish and English in speech and writing and have a good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
As a person, you are independent and solution-oriented and you work in a structured and organized manner. You have a stable and business-like approach and inspire confidence, which comes in handy in a position that includes many social contacts both internally, externally and internationally. Finally, you share our passion for the automotive industry.
