hela Sverige Do you want to develop the future products for Scania and the whole TRATON group? The group Vehicle layout & concepts (RVLL) are working with concept development where we conduct pre-studies and layout investigations for the whole Truck platform. Our mission is to develop and safe-guard our strategical interfaces and to keep a rate of modularization within our "Bygglåda".
The group consists of ten skilled and experienced layout engineers divided into two teams (Front & Mid/Rear). We are now looking for a dedicated and curious new collegue for team Front.
Your tasks
We are working in the early phases of product development together with R&D departments from all brands within the TRATON organization. The employment offers interesting and a high variation of work which leads to broad product knowledge with many cross-functional and inter-brands contacts. Your tasks will amongst others be to develop concept studies based on trade-offs between performance steps in order to safe-guard our modularized product. You will also develop, safe-guard and visualize our strategical interfaces within new projects and concepts.
Your profile
• Master or Bachelor of Science
• You need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge about CAD
