www.ittwww.comAs part of the Water One reorganization the Business Unit Aftermarket & Service is now searching for a person who will drive the launch of the TotalCare Service for Transport and Dewatering products. TotalCare is a communication concept that will enable us to present a unified and coordinated offer to the W&WW service customers. It is a global launch project that will go on for 2 years. Later the position will be transformed to a role as Product Manager for Transport and Dewatering Services.
The TotalCare launch manager is responsible for the development and roll out of the TotalCare concept for the Transport and Dewatering segments. The roll out is made in cooperation with the sales companies and includes definition of the local TotalCare portfolio and development of the necessary commitment and skills in the sales companies to sell and produce the services.
Job Description
• Ownership of the TotalCare service concept for Transport and Dewatering products.
• Coordination of the TotalCare service concept for Transport and Dewatering with the already developed TotalCare service concept for Treatment
• Global deployment of the TotalCare service concept for Transport and Dewatering products
• Follow-up of the commercial result of the TotalCare services
• Strategic responsibility for the commercial result and growth of the TotalCare services for Transport and Dewatering
• Responsibility for the Services in the same way as the Product managers have for their product range
Required experience and Knowledge
You have a university degree in Engineering and Business Administration or equivalent and 3-5 years commercial experiences from technical Business to Business services. You have international business experience preferably from a Sales Company or similar and are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
