We celebrate the diversity and quirkiness of their world and give them the freedom to play in ways that only they can dream up.Role descriptionTo create more world-class digital toys, we're looking for a launch manager to join our team in Stockholm. You will be responsible for all our online storefronts; the App Store, Google Play and Amazon Appstore, as well as our in-app shops. You will work in close collaboration with producers, marketing designers as well as freelance resources to make sure that all our product and content launches are presented in our online stores in the best possible way. This includes coordinating copywriters as well as graphic designers to produce assets for the store fronts. An equally important part of the role is improving our conversion rate and content bundles.You will work in both Apple, Amazon, and Google app stores, as well as with our custom in-house CMS tool for Toca: Life World.What you will be doing:Coordinate and manage both in-house and outsourced graphic designers and copywritersManage and upload assets to our online storefronts, including App Store, Google Play and Amazon Appstore, as well as the Toca Life in-app shopCollaborate with producers to make sure that assets are available in time for product and content launchesWork with improving our conversion rateWe believe that you are:Familiar with either the App Store, Google Play, or Amazon AppstoreAn experienced project manager, comfortable coordinating multiple projectsMeticulous and with great attention to detailExperienced working in a creative digital environment and know how to handle different project stakeholdersWhat to expect:Toca Boca expects you to be self-motivated and to continuously improve both process and qualityYou'll work with a team of creatives that come to the office excited to learn new things every dayWe work in small teams, which means everyone is an important contributor in the project and has a shared responsibility for the end resultThis position is full time and based in our Stockholm office.
