Mark & Landskapsteknik is a Stockholm based Landscape Company founded in 2005; the company has grown and built a large client base in both construction and maintenance. MLT has around twenty employees which gives the opportunity for the right candidate to be more than just a small cog in a big wheel.

Job specification:
What we're looking for is a Foreman who can take charge of the day to day running of the worksite but is also a skilled Landscape gardener.
The job as a Foreman is varied and involves many skill sets, but organisation, communication, forward planning, and an eye for detail are the most important.
The role we are offering involves being the customers main contact, organising work on time and in budget (or preferably under budget!) overseeing the site and other workers, and also working with what ever task is needed to be done whether that be hand digging or tidying up on site to planning work and delegating work to staff members.
What we're looking for:
Someone with either experience or an education within Landscape gardening is ideal however what is also needed from the candidate is the ability to think on their feet and solve problems, and they must also be self motivated and take pride in a job well done.
Essential attributes:
• Experience with reading drawings and setting out jobs
• Be able to juggle many different tasks at once
• Good communication skills
• High standard of workmanship
• Drivers licence
• Good level of spoken English
