As a laboratory technician, you play an important role in the advancement of science.
Poolia Life Science experiences an increased demand for laboratory technicians among our customers in the Öresund/Greater Copenhagen region and would therefore like to hear from candidates who are interested in laboratory technician consulting assignments.
Working as a consultant, is an exciting solution if you would like to get a foot in the door at a larger company but also an opportunity to try out different assignments and gain a lot of experience in a shorter period. The assignments usually last 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension and sometimes permanent employment is offered at the end of the assignment.

As a laboratory technician, you work mainly with microbiological and chemical analyzes, as well as with the performance of standardized tests, including emergency analyzes.
Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
The work varies depending on the customer, employer, and project. Examples of tasks:
• Execution of practical routine laboratory tasks
• Performing standardized tests, including emergency tests
• Responsible for ensuring that ongoing analyzes are performed and that they are handled in accordance with a pre-determined SOPs.
• Independently carry out analysis work according to established methods as part of the production control within the organization
• Sampling, sample reception, sample sorting and sample processing
• Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance
• Unpacking and registration of incoming samples and laboratory helpdesk work

• You have some previous experience of laboratory work and a biochemical, chemical, or scientific background.
• You speak and write fluently in English.
• As a person you need to be thorough, structured, independent and value routine work.
