As a Laboratory Scientist at TATAA Biocenter, you'll be at the heart of pioneering molecular analysis. You'll work independently while maintaining the highest ISO 17025:2017 and internal quality standards, ensuring precise documentation, and collaborating effectively with our team. Your dedication will drive exceptional results and services for our clients. Your Essential Responsibilities as a Laboratory Scientist Include:
• Independently conduct laboratory testing and experiments in compliance with TATAA Standards, ISO 17025:2017, and internal quality management systems.
• Follow SOPs and protocols rigorously to execute assays, record precise data, and ensure accurate interpretation of results.
• Play a pivotal role in validating methods, equipment, and processes to guarantee their suitability and reliability.
• Contribute to overall laboratory maintenance, encompassing routine equipment care and reagent preparation.
• Foster close collaboration within the team by sharing knowledge and providing necessary support as well as collaborating daily with the teams Project Managers and Team Leaders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Train and mentor new team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
KvalifikationerWho Are You?
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry).
• At least two years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably with ISO 17025:2017 exposure and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical skills, with precise data recording and interpretation abilities.
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment, software, and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of qPCR, dPCR and/or NGS technology.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and meticulous documentation.
• Commitment to precision and quality in all endeavors.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative team player, recognizing the strategic impact of your role and responsibilities within the company.
• An individual that demonstrates a 'roll up your sleeves' attitude, self-motivated to contribute to the collective success of the company, team, and personal growth.
