About the role
Our Professional Hygiene laboratory is home of the Tork product range, with a focus on our dispensers. As a laboratory engineer you will represent our laboratories in many perspectives, be responsible for product testing, be part of innovation projects as well as supporting our business units. This involves testing on dispenser's mechanics, its' sensors, electronics, and batteries, as well as tissue products and systems. You will plan, propose and perform evaluation and laboratory testing on products in the Tork Portfolio. You will be part of a team of many laboratory engineers with different experiences and backgrounds where you will contribute with your knowledge and expertise in the area.
What you will do
Plan, propose and perform evaluation and laboratory testing on our products with main focus on Dispensers including sensors and batteries
Present, document and report test results
Perform analyses and statistical evaluations as base for your conclusions
Maintain knowledge about test methods and grow within your competence area
Develop, evaluate, and validate new laboratory methods to meet consumer and business needs
Develop and maintain equipment and tools for testing
Who you are
Technical degree BSc in for ex Mechanical engineering, Automation, Electronics, Materials or equivalent work/experience within a relevant field
Experience from laboratory work in a global setting is an advantage
Preferably experience from working with statistical analysis and analytical programs
Good communication and presentation skills in written reports as well as in discussions
Written and verbal fluency in English

To be successful in this role you should also be prepared and comfortable to take on repetitive tasks to secure qualitative testing data.
