hela Sverige We are now recruiting a Labeling Operations Manager, the position is placed at AstraZeneca, Mölndal. Preferably the candidate start as soon as possible and the assignment will initially continue for 6-12 months. The candidate will be employed by Adecco.

The Arena
Working within the organization of Regulatory Affairs, the Labeling Operations Manager is responsible for the regulatory role as part of the process for coordination, development and implementation of new and revised printed labeling for assigned commercial products. Coordinate and/or lead packaging component labeling content development and support the labeling content development of product information and regional labeling.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Point of contact for Regulatory Affairs towards the process for the creation, approval, and implementation of commercial printed labeling in collaboration with various functions.
• Coordinates and/or leads cross-functional teams in the development and lifetime maintenance of theUS, EU and other regional packaging component labeling for all commercial products.
• Provide tactical and strategic guidance to product labeling teams regarding placement and regulatory requirements for regional packaging component labeling content and design.
• Manage labeling submissions for US and EU, including QC, proofing, copy editing and formatting of documents, and coordinate review and approval of final submission.
• Understand industry labeling trends related to packaging and labeling implementation, reviewing competitor and other labeling.
• Ensure proper version control and document integrity of packaging component labeling, printed labeling artworks and other assigned labeling documents.
• Interact with Marketing Company colleagues regarding global artworks as appropriate.
Preferred experience/requirements
As a Labeling Operations Manager your skills and qualifications will include a University Degree in Science or related discipline or work experiences from a related field of business. Experiences from the pharmaceutical field of business and regulatory experience is desirable and experiences from working with labeling are a great advantage. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in oral as well as in written English.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong ability to work collaboratively and pay attention to detail and accuracy. You also have the ability to think strategically and appropriately assess risks and formulate strategies to manage risk. Multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity; demonstrated experience effectively communicating and negotiating in diverse cultures is desired.
