Join us as a Lab responsible and you'll be looking at a career-defining role based in Stockholm, Sweden.
As a Lab Responsible, you will be part of a highly qualified test team directly connected with System, Safety, Software and Hardware Engineers to develop one of the most successful Bombardier Transportation products in the world.
We develop embedded systems using the latest industrial technology and standards in order to guarantee the flow of trains, the people safety and system integrity. All our products undergo extensive testing in both lab and field. You will be responsible for setup and configuration of our lab that we use to verify the products.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for the entire lab testing in Stockholm.
• Organise the interlocking lab.
• Configure IP-addresses in the lab.
• Support the test team with troubleshooting lab configuration.
• Build the lab and document each lab setup.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering. (Preferably Electrical, Computer Science, Applied Physics or similar).
• Experience within Linux both programming and daily work.
• Experience in network:
Setup network.
Knowledge with handling IP-addresses.
Routing.
• Knowledge of CAD program.
• Knowledge or experience in working with Hardware Electronics would be considered a plus.
• Open minded, easily adaptable, positive attitude towards new challenges.
• Analytical, meticulous and self-driven.
• Able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Good communication skills.
• English at a fluent level is mandatory for this role, Swedish will be considered a plus.
