My name is Jonas Trepp and I am leading our Metal Fabrication and Air Line Infrastructure team within R&D. Our vision is that by developing, maintaining and attracting the right people, with the right competence, we can take responsibility for that our current and future product portfolios deliver unmatched customer value.
Our team consists of eleven individuals working in different roles such as Mechanical Engineer, Lab Engineer and Coordinator. In the group, we work in small teams where quite often a Mechanical Engineer and Lab Engineer drive the development together for both new projects and improvement of our existing portfolio.
Since one of our Lab Engineers is heading towards new challenges as a Mechanical Engineer, we are now looking for his replacement.

About the position
• You will be setting up and performing various tests
Assembly of prototypes
• Improve and develop test methods and testing equipment.
• Make sure that appropriate standards are followed and that the work is documented well
• Participate in securing the quality in production by verifying/writing of assembly instruction and testing methods
• Participate in the general line activities where continuous improvements are a key.
• Support and work actively with our plants in Tierp and Buadpest.
• Support and visit our customer centers and customers both domestic and abroad.
What you need to succeed
We are looking for an analytical team player who is thorough and methodical in their work. You see possibilities, are entrepreneurial and take initiative in finding a solution.
We believe that you have been working with mechanics for a couple of years and holds at least a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or have gained similar knowledge through working. You have experience with error proofing, mechanical testing and are comfortable with writing objective reports. You are used to reading mechanical drawings and you are fluent in both English and Swedish sine you are communicating in both languages. Experience from a mechanical workshop, PDMlink and SAP is advantageous
