The factory has a lab for the development of new circular materials, as well as a complete production line for pellets. Pellets are manufactured under EcoRub's brands EcoTPEsuper, TPRR and EcoAdd. EcoRub's product portfolio aims to replace soft rubber and hard plastic materials and is adapted to different production techniques, such as injection molding and 3D printing.
We are currently looking for a lab engineer for the Materials business area.
This position includes the development of future sustainable materials within the company's injection molding and 3D printing brands. Furthermore, the position includes both testing and evaluation related to production control and R&D. You will work in close cooperation with the sales team to adapt materials to customer needs and wishes.
Requirements and Experience
We see that you who apply for the position have a post-secondary education in materials science / polymer technology, or acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. Furthermore, you are passionate about sustainable production/use of plastic and rubber and want to make your contribution to the green industrial expansion in northern Sweden.
You need to be able to communicate freely in English. It is an advantage if you also know Swedish.
