Description
Legal Affairs consists of members acting as patent, trademark and legal counsels, patent search experts and administrative support.
The Tetra Pak Trademark department is now recruiting a Legal & Trademark Administrator. The role comprises of a great variety of tasks in a global environment including administrative support to the team but also independent tasks and responsibilities.
Main responsibilities
• Managing the trademark management system
• General administrative responsibilities
• Administrating trademark and domain name applications and registrations.
• Editor for the internal trademark website
• Assist the team in projects
Qualifications
We look for a person who is a team player and who takes pride in contributing to the team's performance. The position requires that you have personal drive, high integrity and the ability to work independently, pro-actively with set targets.
As a person you are very accurate, provide timely service and like handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office, as well as other administrative tools.
We believe that the successful candidate have completed a secondary education and have a couple of years experience in working with trademarks and domain name and other administrative tasks. Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal. Additional language skills is a plus.
