About our costumer:
One of the world's most well-known and prominent banks is looking for KYC specialists. Our client is looking for several people with different levels of KYC experience. We can therefore offer very exciting and long term consultancy position!
About the Role:
The role as KYC- Analyst will consist of:
• Manage new business requests received and oversee the KYC process end to end
• Work closely with internal teams and potentially direct with clients as required, to obtain all necessary supporting evidence to fulfill KYC due diligence
• Liaise regularly with the business to conduct workload planning, review status of key onboardings and prioritize open requests
• Frequently interact with key stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Credit and Operations to develop strong partnerships, eliminate roadblocks and ensure continuity of information flow across the groups Create quality KYC profiles ensuring accuracy, completeness, and validity, incorporating multiple risk factors in compliance with global regulatory requirements
• Manage personal workload and priority items and ensure timely escalation of key risks/issues to management
• Keep informed of any changes to processes and procedures, regulatory change and ensure open verbal dialogue with colleagues across the EMEA region Identify and execute process improvements, provide guidance and support on key process and technology initiatives to the business
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have a working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML procedures and standards, familiarity with several client types (e.g. corporate, non-banks, financial institutions, F.I.'s, hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds, etc.). You also need knowledge of the financial industry with in-depth expertise in various industries. To thrive in the role, it is important that you are driven, structured and quality-focused. You are motivated by cooperation, are communicative and have an ability to build relationships.
Shell requirements:
• Previous experience with KYC from larger banks/Investment companies
Required
• Knowledge of several customer types
• Experience and knowledge of the financial industry
• Good communication skills, in connection with conflict resolution
