Responsibilities/Tasks for a 6 month period:
• Ensure site is ready for surveillance audit of ISO 9001 system. This include conducting internal audits, closure of open issues found during audits and review/ follow up of ISO management system
• Manage all necessary actions needed to certify against ISO 14001
• Support certification of ISO 18001 and coordinate internal audits, management reviews etc together with Operations Manager and team.
• Customer contact regarding quality claims: This includes daily customer contact regarding RMA numbers and feedback on service as well as warranty claims (Handling both inside and outside warranty claims)
• Weekly meetings with key customers regarding CAR/8D follow up and actions. (Weekly TC with Philips including weekly reporting and managing all improvement actions is priority)
• Driving different teams of engineers to implement actions according to 8D:s. (design changes or process improvements)
• CIP manager = Driving monthly CIP meetings including follow up on actions and reporting
• Support and steer lean activities such as 5S, SMED, ABC analyzes together with Manufacturing engineering
• Quality support to engineering department during project phases (PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, Controlplan, process flow etc)
• Responsible for reporting of quality KPI:s (Supplier PPM, External PPM, Customer Returns as % of Shipment, Internal COQ (Scrap)
• Responsible for implementing actions to meet KPI:s in case of underperformance
• Steer and support Quality engineer in terms of prioritization and judge how to handle customer complaints
• Instruct and follow up on information and documentation of statistics and reporting for database programs
• Recommend changes to methods, equipment and personnel to improve quality and reduce costs. Discuss and resolve quality concerns with other departments within the Division such as engineering, production supervision and also with external customers, as appropriate.
• Work with Engineering and manufacturing to review pre and post production process variables, problem areas, required inspection tooling, and required documentation.
• Control non-conformance both externally and internally including material non-conformance. Initiate, implement and verify corrective actions.
• Manage ISO requirements and corrective actions for inspection and testing, inspection measuring and test equipment, inspection and test status and control of quality records.
• Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
Requirements :
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Troubleshooting Skills.
• Project Management Skills ? Multi Site/Global.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt and TPS or Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Data Driven Individual.
• Knowledge of ISO systems, ( ISO 9001/14001 and 18001)
• Experience from implementation of ISO systems including successful certification
