Job description
As Quality Management Representative (QMR) of the Nordic countries you will be accountable for the maintenance and compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) with applicable requirements (ISO 9001:2015, Corporate requirements, Regulatory compliance, etc.) in order to ensure that customer expectations are anticipated - and met.
You ensure all needed quality elements such as trending of KPIs, evaluation, planning, auditing and follow up of the Quality system are in place and support and supervise the process owners in the implementation- of changes and new requirements.
You are accountable for the reporting of product incidents and recalls (Vigilance) to the different authorities of medical devices in the Nordics as well as for the reporting of environmental figures as needed in the four countries.
You will report directly to the Quality Management Representative for Northern Europe Cluster based in UK and contribute to the Corporate and Northern Europe Cluster organization.
The position is based at the office of bioMérieux Sweden in the west of Gothenburg.
We are looking for an open and business minded personality that is able to work autonomously to reach improvements working with all levels of people and teams in the organization.
Desirable background and characteristics
• Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in organization, quality, science or relevant area.
• Minimum 3 years' experience from working with Quality Management, Quality control, Internal auditing or Master Studies in Quality Sciences.
• Regulatory Affairs experience including QMS project management.
• Excellent Microsoft office knowledge with documented experience
• Ability to analyze and use data to drive process improvements
• Experience in participation in the management of regulatory audits (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FDA, EPA etc)
• Knowledge in the interpretation and application of relevant Domestic and International Regulations and Industry Standards (e.e. ISO, QSR, UL, SCA, VDE, etc)
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English are mandatory, other Nordic language skills is advantageous
• Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
• Self-motivated, analytical and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
