Quality Assurance Officer
Job description
The Quality Assurance (QA) Officer ensures that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with legislation and customer specifications. This individual is responsible for managing Anoto Groups quality assurance policies and controlling new product development processes. The QA Officer will also establish performance standards, procedures, and audit controls in order to meet business requirements, as well as identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of company operations.
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the company's quality system
Secure and advocate fulfillment of relevant quality demands and standards
Administer the company's document management system
Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation
Conducting risk analyses related to the quality system and processes
Perform internal QA audits that are compliant with corporate policies, practices and procedure
Identify relevant QA training needs and opportunities
Carry out internal QA training
Create and maintain QA control documentation
Responsible for environmental work according to ISO 14001
Monitor and implement environmental demands, such as; ROHS, WEEE, REACH
Monitor and manage the risk management process, especially regarding product (product, production and labeling)
As QA function assist in our projects
Qualifications
Master of Science or equivalent
Fluency in English, written as well as spoken
Basic knowledge in Swedish
Background
Experience within ISO 9001/14001
Documented experience from work with quality issues within regulated industry preferably information technology
