Job description/Responsibilities:
• Quality Management: rich experience in quality management, to comply with customer quality requirement and company quality management requirement, establish and maintain systemized engineering quality management system which covers quality plan, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement. Objective is to make the project engineering quality acceptable by customer and company. Manage quality control team to achieve above mentioned target.
• EHS Management:
In-depth understanding of Swedish EHS policy and Swedish telecom operators? EHS requirements, Establish and maintain systemized EHS management system to assure that all work of Huawei team and Huawei subcontractors comply with EHS regulation from aspect of local laws and regulations, customer requirement and company policy, make sure the EHS policy to be executed during the project implementation, as well as avoiding EHS accident from happening by enforcing all members of Huawei and Huawei subcontractors who are working with Huawei to comply with EHS regulation. Scope includes engineering delivery, office operation, traffic of business trip and so on.
• Process and Internal Control:
Following instruction of upper management to manage process compliance. Through periodic and random check on business operation, assure that processes are followed. And for cases of failure to follow process, make alarms or issue punishment to force process compliance.
Note?Candidates with Quality and EHS certificates will be in priority
Qualifications:
• Over 5 years experience in related field.
• Bachelor Degree or above.
• Swidish Native Speaking, Good in English read and writing, familar with local environment, transportation.
• Better with certificate in climbing towers as we need to check quality on tower too.
• Ready to work outside office on physical site visit to check quality, frequently.
