Overview:
We would like to offer you the opportunity to apply for the position Email and Social Media Consultant with Swedish/English language.
If you have the necessary skills and experience , we would be glad to consider you for the position.
Our client Spotify is one of the largest music streaming service company in the world
Responsibilities:
• Providing customer support via email and Social Media to Spotify end users
• Deliver an unique customer service experience to Spotify customers, by assuring that each customer receive a unique, personalized and superstar treatment
• Achieve all agreed KPI's
• Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.
• Work as part of the team to ensure the Spotify project has a positive and professional environment.
• Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required.
Qualifications:
• Experience of working in a customer-centric environment.
• Track record of making a difference to customers.
• Knowledge of working in a subscription / technical industry a plus.
• Very good in English along with the Swedish language
