Primarily, MVV:s customers are in the areas of automotive, oil/gas and robotics/automation.

Position description:
We are searching for a Lead Engineer with deep technical interest to work with latches handles, fuel fillers and recharge modules and also other components within the PSS if necessary. We are looking for a strong experienced designer, interested in design, finding solutions.
Within the department Painted Body & Closures, our section, Closures, operates. The section consists of around 85 persons and is divided into 4 groups, Door mechanics, Door structure, Sealings and Rear opening system.
We are now looking for 1 Lead Engineer for the group Rear opening system (PSS 230) working in V426 project and also V54X
As Lead Engineer, you will drive the project for PSS230 and fulfill the deliveries and demands regarding time, technique and cost.
• Manage and develop the design and the assignment with a cross-functional team and secure deliveries and results
• Responsible to create assignment time planes which meet the overall project plan
• Responsible for budget and cost.
• Report the assignment status and decisions to SPL and Line management.
• Responsible for manage the release of all technical documents (ESOW/DPR/TR/Drawings/Models/etc.)
Skills and required experience:
• M.Sc., B.Sc. or similar in experience
• Analytical skill
• Strong leader skills and experienced in leading suppliers
• High cooperation ability and communication skills.
• Organized, goal orientated, can summarize and present the status of your task
• Analytical ability and technical interests
• Good ability to communicate in English
Professional experiences:
• Experienced Lead Engineer within product development
• Meritable to have earlier experience of working mechanical and electrical components
• Drivers licence B
