On behalf of a client, MultiMind Staffing are looking for an administrator. The client in question is a successful international company in the electronic field, holding a front position as to digital development and having a world leading position with their innovatively designed products. They are acting on a global level, being represented in most parts of the world. Right now they are in an exciting expansion phase. You will be stationed at their Nordic Head Quarters in Stockholm. The position is on a consultancy basis, for 6 months. You will be hired by MultiMind. There are good chances for an extension.
The tasks are very much varying and comprise responsibility for the client’s service tracking system, as well as for the handling of returns from service partners. A great part of the job will be to focus on the developing and improvement of the processes and of the service tracking system. Furthermore, training of the service unities staff in processes and in the system will be your responsibility.
You should preferably have 1 – 2 years experience of similar work and your secondary school background should be from the technical programme. It is also important that you are good at system handling, having an understanding of their functioning and an interest in the developing of the processes and the functionality of the system. You speak and write Korean and English fluently. It will be an advantage if you have experience of the SAP business system and the FI module, but it is not formally required. You should have a B driving license.
