• You have good writing skills in English and Korean.
• You are not afraid to take initiatives and can work on your own.
• You are at ease with computers, Power point, Excel and Word.
• The company communications will be in English, hence Swedish is not a requirement.
• A university degree is a plus but not a requirement.
Your daily responsibility will be:
• Answer online customer inquires by email or Live chat.
• Help customer with RMA case, arrange return/exchange.
• Coordinate with Korea warehouse for daily order issues.

This is a junior position. The placement for this job will be in Sudio's office in central Stockholm, Sweden.
This job offers you both freedom and responsibility, you will work all days, every day with logistics and administrative tasks. You will have many different responsibilities hence you will need to be able to cover several areas at the same time.
