As part of Ramboll Management Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work in a number of areas of business. We attach great importance to your own driving forces and interests, where you as a consultant have a great influence on what kind of issues and within which assignments you want to develop.
We would like you to have a special interest and experience in one or more of the following areas:
Research and innovation policy with a special focus on system innovation for sustainable development
Business promotion with a special focus on promoting sustainable business
Sustainability integration into regional development work and EU structural funds
Strategic skills supply to promote a transition in different industries
Digitalisation, smart specialisation and smart industry
Based on your role, you will focus on analysis, evaluation, process failure, strategy and business development. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with employees active in business development, sustainability advice, behavioral insights, design, resilience and economics. We work with all types of private and public customers, but have a special strength in assignments where our clients are guided or influenced by political decisions.
Your main tasks:
Assist decision-makers with knowledge-based advice, process management, analyses, evaluations and business development, with a focus on system transformation for sustainable development
Participate in and project lead assignments with high customer satisfaction, quality and profitability
Contribute to sales and our joint marketing work, with a focus on developing strong customer relationships
Further develop our offering and services in innovation policy, regional development and business promotion

1-5 years of relevant work experience, for example from a consulting company, public sector or trade association
a relevant academic degree
high analytical ability with a broad toolbox of qualitative and/or quantitative social science methods
experience of leading projects and habit of working in teams
communicative ability with aptitude for presenting complex analyses in an accessible and appealing way
easy to create and further develop relationships and see networking as a natural part of your professional role
