Nybro Stora Hotellet öppnar portarna igen, 80 år efter byggnadens uppförande 1935. Hotellet kommer erbjuda logi, restaurang och konferensmöjligheter. I nuläget pågår full renovering av fastigheten. Vi försöker återskapa hotellmiljön i dåtidens anda med en touch av art deco som en genomgående röd tråd.
Vi söker en köksmästare för att leda och utveckla vårt köksteam. Förutom passion för matlagning ska du på ett kommunikativt och motiverande sätt coacha dina medarbetare i deras dagliga arbete. Vi vill att alla ska växa och utvecklas och må bra på jobbet.
Vidare uppgifter är att planera och ansvara för daglig drift såsom inköp av råvaror, kontakt med leverantörer och gäster, menyansvar, budgetansvar samt planeringsarbete tillsammans med hotellchef.
Tidigare erfarenhet från liknande arbetsuppgifter är meriterande.
Hotellet kommer erbjuda frukost, lunchservering och à la carte. Du blir en viktig kugge i att arbeta fram hotellets matkoncept. Matfilosofin är "god vällagad mat" och där du ansvarar för att skapa en innovativ och spännande helhet.
I rollen som köksmästare arbetar du nära hotellchefen där ni tillsammans planerar den kommande verksamheten såsom högtider, events och specialbokningar.
Vi arbetar efter mottot "tillsammans", där vi hjälpas åt mellan avdelningar, med kundens bästa som högsta prioritet, och där tydlig kommunikation är a och o.
Du bidrar med ett starkt engagemang och vilja till att påverka, kommer med idéer och hittar kreativa lösningar för bästa möjliga service. Du ser tjusningen i att varje dag inte är den andra lik. Är du personen vi söker?

Nybro Stora Hotel opens its doors again, 80 years after the building's construction in 1935. Except accomodation the hotel will offer restaurants and conference facilities.
A complete renovation of the property is currently underway. We try to recreate the hotel environment in the spirit of the time of origin with a touch of art deco as a continuous red thread througout the hotel.
We are looking for a headchef to lead and develop our kitchen team. In addition to the passion for cooking, you should in a communicative and motivating way coach your employees in their daily work. We want everyone to grow and develop and feel good at work.
Further tasks are to plan and be responsible for day-to-day operations such as purchasing of raw materials, contact with suppliers and guests, menu responsibility, budget responsibility, planning work together with the hotel manager.
Previous experience from similiar assignments is a merit.
The hotel will offer breakfast, lunch service and à la carte. You become an important cog in working out the hotel's food concept. The food philosophy is "good cooked food" and where you are responsible for creating an innovative and exciting kitchen.
We work after the motto "together", where we help each other between departments, with the customer's best as the highest priority, and where clear communication is a and o.
In the role of head chef, you work close to the hotel manager where you together plan the upcoming business such as holidays, events and special bookings.
