You need to help the chef to prepare the kitchen before opening and help to do some assistant work during the cooking, also like basic cleaning after the work for the day. Some other small works could be included depends on the situation.
You should have the ability to work with high pressures, fast to learn new skills and have the passion of work. You could work together with others or solve problems alone based on instructions. You aim at to finish the task first instead of to complain to others. The working experience in an Asian kitchen is nice. English and Swedish or Chinese and Swedish are required. (Yes, we are an international team)
There are around 45 seats in the restaurant and around 20 outside in the summer.
