We want to serve number one Traditional Zhejiang, Hang Zhou food. We serve both traditional dishes and some fast food dishes. Right now are we 4 employees all together.
We are located in the city of Stockholm and very close to a shopping mall, there is lots of working and living people in this district witch the restaurant is located. Costumers are mostly people working around in lunch and people living around the area for the night. We serve alcohol as well, this place is both like a restaurant and bar. In the summer we have a quite big outside dining area.
We have a quite a big variation in the numbers of customers triple as much to do in the summer, so number of costumer is 100 per day.
This is a small family own business.
What we want you to do:
You are a fast learner, do all kinds of kitchen work, because the restaurant is small one you need as well help a little bit outside the kitchen and be very flexible in what you do. Almost run the restaurant as well if I'm gone. Be able to take charge as well!
Qualifications:
You should have a good knowledge in average Chinese cooking and an expert in Hang Zhou dishes, you should be able to provide a cooking diploma from an authorized cooking school in Hang Zhou.
You should have experience in some year at local restaurant in Hang Zhou.
You should be able to speak at least Chinese (mandarin)
About the employment:
In the beginning temporary in 6 month and after that permanent.
full time job 40 h per week. 120 Swedish kr/h
