Be first point of contact for universities, academies, schools and thus build the company brand amongst students. Be proactive in regard to informing about Master Thesis and internship opportunities.
Be responsible for sales and marketing of training for customers according to customer agreements as well as additional training customized by Rail Control System (RCS).
Be responsible for RCS' demo rooms and demo labs.
The role is regional in scope but it is mainly based in Stockholm. Frequency of travel is once or twice a month
YOUR TASKS
Lead and plan branding activities with aim to increase awareness of BT RCS as preferred employer with 10%/year. Target BT RCS in top 20-year 2023. Work together with the HR team to identify talents.
Lobbying and planning together with universities, academies and school with aim to increase number of students doing Master Thesis and internships at BT RCS in all Region North sites.
Work together with the Sales Team to promote and sell customer training, within agreements and stand-alone with 10% increase/year.
Secure and assure that all Bombardier Transportation RCS Region North demo rooms and labs are up to date with all latest products and software at latest year 2020.
Responsible for planning of execution and presentations of solutions to clients/customers via the existing demo rooms and labs.
Be an active part in the ITC & Services management team contributing in building the organization and its possibilities to fulfil our responsibilities.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of leadership experience in similar field of work.
• BSc or MA or corresponding technical experience.
• Broad knowledge of products, signaling systems and standards within the Railway industry.
• Broad knowledge of functionality and architecture of railway systems.
• Experience from requirement management, railway signaling solutions and processes.
• Experience in establishing good working relationship with people/institutions
• Experience in Branding/Sales/Solutions selling
• Languages: English (mandatory), Swedish (plus but not required)
• Industries preferred: Railway, Rolling Stock, Technology, Electronics Engineering

The Knowledge Transfer Manager is responsible for supporting competence development and succession growth within the company.
