Our Global support team is now looking for a Support Knowledge Manager to lead and further develop our knowledge management processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The knowledge manager will be a key leader within the Global support organization, focusing on managing one of our most valuable assets, knowledge.

Your main responsibility will be to drive and further implement our knowledge processes based on KCS. You will identify, capture and organize information to expand our knowledge base, as well as ensuring scalability and sharing of knowledge within the organization.

You will continuous improve the existing knowledge assets and related learning materials based on evaluation of results, best practices and change management.

Part of this role is also to build improvement in our on-boarding initiatives as well as training programs.

Additionally, you will drive the self-service strategy as part of the support portal.

REQUIREMENTS

Certified in Knowledge Center Support(KCS).

• Experience from working with knowledge management within a support organization.
• Ability to package various knowledge resources in meaningful ways and turn raw information into useful knowledge, relevant for context, or responsive to the stated need.
• Understanding of processes and different process frameworks
• Preferable a background from working with product support or similar sector/area.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
