Our Global support team is now looking for a Support Knowledge Manager to lead and further develop our knowledge management processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The knowledge manager will be a key person within the support organization, focusing on managing one of our most valuable assets, knowledge.

Your main responsibility will be to drive and further implement our knowledge processes and method based on KCS as well as continuously improve the existing knowledge process.

Customer satisfaction is a central part of this role. Therefore, you will capture the needs from our customers and gather data to analyze and interpret customer behaviors. To align the knowledge process to enable our customer's success.

Part of this role is also to build improvement in our Support employee onboarding initiatives as well as training programs.

You will also ensure that our support portal is enabling customer self-service success.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience of Knowledge Center Support(KCS).
Experience from working within a support organization.
Understanding of processes and different process frameworks
Preferable a background from working with product support or similar sector/area.
