As Knowledge Management Lead you are responsible for developing, implementing, and running the global Knowledge Management framework for H&M 's HR Operations, including creating and setting guidelines, templates, technology, and tools.
You work closely with CoEs, HR Operations, and other stakeholders to create, maintain, and improve content quality standards that brings reliable, consistent, and relevant HR content to service delivery providers and customers with a focus on user experience and service quality.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for HR operations, ensuring it is up to date with the latest policies, procedures, and best practices.
Implement and conduct regular audits and quality improvement activities to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information within the knowledge base.
Leverage technology and tools for knowledge management, including document management systems and collaborative platforms, to streamline information sharing and retrieval.
Collaborate cross functionally to understand pain points, needs, opportunities and goals related to capturing and sharing knowledge. Gather insights and updates that contribute to the enrichment of the knowledge base and apply global knowledge standards, templates, and practices to localized content.
Establish knowledge KPIs and continuously improve processes, using metrics, article value, customer feedback and usage data to elevate content quality, service delivery enablement and customer experience.
Provide subject matter experience of knowledge management, including how to align for AI, virtual chat bots, service catalogue, knowledge articles, etcetera in the context of HR services.
Support relevant stakeholders in creating and curating content, including articles, FAQs, and guides, to address common HR queries, including organising and categorising information for easy accessibility.
Educate stakeholders within the area of knowledge management, including develop training materials for new hires and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure that team members are well-versed in utilizing the knowledge base.

Qualifications

Can build relationships up, down and across the organization as well as manage expectations with stakeholders. You can tackle strategy as well as day-to-day execution, pay attention to details and are a great problem-solver. You are innovative, curious, have a willingness to learn and are a team player. Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for excellence in experience and service delivery.
Furthermore, we believe you have:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or related fields.
Working or recently have been working in a similar role for 3-5 years, preferably within a Shared Services environment.
Experience in using ServiceNow or other tool as a knowledge base.
Understanding of the specific challenges and requirements related to knowledge management.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to details.
Knowledge of industry standards, content management systems, document management systems, and collaboration platforms.
Ability to analyse data and trends to make informed decisions for knowledge base enhancements.
Capability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional information

This is a full-time permanent contract placed in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
