Linxon är i en tillväxtfas där vi har ambitionen att expandera vårat engagerade och kompetenta team med ett antal KMA experter. Som KMA-Expert ska du kunna resa till och vara på plats på våra projekt arbetsplatser som finns överallt där kraftnäten är dragna eller kommer dras.
Linxon är ledande inom expantion, underhåll och nyetablering av samtliga kraftnät i Sverige.

Som KMA ingår du i Sveriges KMA(HSEQ)-grupp med nära kollegor som hjälper och stöttar varandra.
You will be part of the management team for HSEQ and will be responsible for parts of our HSEQ development.
As a KMA at Linxon, you get the opportunity to work with dedicated and experienced employees. You will support our site managers and subcontractors in KMA issues in the projects. You like to take responsibility and pursue these issues in a solution-focused way in a varied everyday life. You will also have direct contact with Linxon's customers and will create an understanding of the customers' requirements and wishes.
Job description
One of the most important roles in a project is the KMA role. You support our production in matters relating to quality, the environment and the work environment. You will participate in the establishment of quality, environmental and work environment plans for our projects in consultation with the site management and follow up on this work on an ongoing basis. This is also done with our internal systems and requirements for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
You are a driven and supportive person in the development of processes and structural working methods. You will work closely with the projects and provide operational support during the course of the project, from the tender stage to completion.
You will work with risk assessments, incidents and accident reporting. This is done in collaboration with our client and subcontractors to achieve the best possible working environment. You have specialists as colleagues but must be able to be driven to make decisions independently.
Qualifications
As a person, you are structured and analytical with good communication skills. You enjoy collaboration but can also run things independently. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a joint increase in quality assurance work at the workplace.
You have previous experience from the construction industry regarding Quality, Environment and Work Environment. You have an understanding or the ability to create an understanding of the complexity of our switchgear projects.
We work with our global reporting system, which is done in English.
Proficiency in English and Swedish for both speech and writing is a requirement.
You have a B driver's license as work in many cases will take place on the construction site as a starting point. Travel and accommodation in a temporary location may be required.
