Office Management is the heart when it comes to the internal service at Klarna. We are responsible for the reception, administration, hosting and maintenance. Our primary goal is to deliver outstanding service to our colleagues and external clients/customers.

As an Office Coordinator you will have a variety of day-to-day office tasks. Your daily work will focus on coordinating the office environment, and your main task will be to have responsibility for the office seating. You will also handle supplier contact and be a support function for our internal events. This includes ensuring that the overall business activities runs smoothly and ads value to the organization. You will be the glue that keeps the Klarna engine running and people will look to you for answers.

We are looking for an organized "doer" who is able to handle a lot of different tasks at the same time with speed and efficiency. Since you will be the internal go-to person it's important that you are comfortable dealing with people from all over the organization. You need to be flexible and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We expect you to have experience within service and excellent communication skills in English and we see additional language skills as a plus.
