Klarna's Finance division consists of three departments and about 50 people working with everything from accounting to purchasing. We now want to strengthen the Accounting department by adding a new Manager Global Consolidation & Reporting.
As Klarna's Manager Global Consolidation & Reporting it is important that you take ownership and responsibility for the entire Consolidation & Reporting process and that you are passionate about your job. Obviously you enjoy analyzing numbers and figures.
This role combines continuous improvements and development with the day-to-day work. You have the overall responsibility of the department, meaning develop, organize and lead the work within Global Consolidation & Reporting to meet Klarna's vison.
The right person for this job is extremely good at Consolidation & Reporting and also a great manager with experience of driving projects. As the Manager of Global Consolidation & Reporting you will be responsible for personnel and report to our Head of Accounting & Financial Reporting.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Over all responsible for Financial Consolidation and Analysis of the Klarna Group
• Responsible for all external and internal financial reporting for Klarna Group including SFSA, SCB and owner reporting
• Collect, consolidate and analyze monthly- and annual results to internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze Klarna Group's result
• Ensure all financial reports are correct
• Able to explain and analyze all deviations from forecasts and budget
• Sustain good co-operation with internal and external stakeholders

You have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar and five years of experience in Accounting and Group Accounting whereof a minimum of 2 years of Group Accounting in a global organization.
We are in a process of changing our Consolidation & Reporting system to Cognos, therefore it is important that you have documented experience of working in Consolidation Systems, preferably Cognos. Of Course you have experience of internal och external reporting and consolidating acquisitions, you have been responsible for annual reports and you got a deep knowledge in IFRS. You work fluently in English.
You are proficient in Excel and have knowledge in US GAAP. It is also desirable that you have worked with Basel II, are familiar with Basel III and hopefully you have worked with FINREP and COREP. If you have been doing reports to Swedish FSA and SCB it is an additional advantage.
To succeed in this role you need to be analytical, structured and process-oriented. You are very efficient and self-propelled.
